a little bit about me…
I’ve been on a path of healing most my life, and my work is to help you heal and understand yourself enough to change you, and your life. My background and experience, both personally and professionally, is unique and quite holistic. My Catholic upbringing instilled in me a respect for all things sacred, though my spiritual path led me to higher religion in my early 20’s. My degree in Health Science (SDSU, 1992), launched my initial career, Personal Fitness Coach, and I spent 14 years dedicated to the wellness of the “body.” At the same time, I was devoted to my deeper interests that led me to alternative holistic healing: massage therapy, reflexology, kinesiology, Young Living Essential Oils, Reiki and Energy Medicine, yoga & meditation, which led me to the “soul.”
I was born in Ohio, raised in California, lived in Colorado, and currently live in Florida. I’ve opened and closed spiritual and healing centers in both Florida and Colorado, and within those centers, I owned and facilitated a mystery school as well. It’s the journey that I have truly loved in this life, and it’s the journey that keeps me magical and continuing the work. I am a highly sensitive person, committed to living a healthy lifestyle, and to the healing of my own soul. I am also spiritually educated, well-trained, and gifted. I’ve done the work, and the “work” works. I believe there is nothing more valuable than taking care of yourself, working on yourself, even when it is uncomfortable, and discovering the wonderful things that make you YOU! Let’s get started!
