Hello! Welcome to a Holistic Approach to Health & Wellness!
I’m so glad you’re here! I know you have endless choices, and that there are a lot of practitioners out there, so let me tell you a little bit about me and Lani Renee Holistics. I’m a life-long seeker, former athlete and fitness trainer, licensed massage therapist who works intuitively and not by a recipe, a healer-teacher-guide on so many levels, and a devoted spiritualist who walks a sacred path. My life is my work, and my work is a testimony of my life. I love what I do, and I have been mastering my craft for a very long time, but most importantly, I get to share my knowledge and experience with you!

My Holistic Health & Wellness Approach is true to me, and designed for you! I offer integrative bodywork and massage therapy, and energetic healing sessions that incorporate 30 years of experience and a variety of modalities. The coach in me is always present, I’d say I’m a natural coach, and I have been coaching souls most of my life. My passion, and my gifts, come through best when I am intuitively, consciously, compassionately, and skillfully coaching and guiding spiritually.

YOU’RE A SEEKER, A HEALER, A GUIDING LIGHT, A CHANGEMAKER.
Maybe you’re a seeker, a parent, a curious soul, or a holistic health practitioner like me. If you are, you’ll relate to feeling like an “outsider” at times, and/or not being able to settle with the status quo.
We are educated early in life, and then we spend the rest of our lives seeking the answers to our health, relationships, and financial independence. That’s where my “higher” education came in… I was suffering as an adult and there were no answers. My journey of seeking really began when I was only 24 years old, I was in a lot of pain, and I was introduced to unconventional help, that saved my life. I soon started my healing journey, dove into alternative medicine, and blended it into my career, which lead me to my healers, and then my teachers, until I became one. I too, am a seeker, a healer, a guiding light, and a changemaker.
I’ve been teaching people how to grow, evolve, think differently, and heal, for over 30 years.
I’m an advocate for not wasting your life, I would rather you be well and live a good life!
